| The membership of Chapala Country Club is composed primarily of Canadian and U.S. expatriates and Mexican Nationals. Many of the expats live in the area full-time, however some of our members reside here on a seasonal basis. All enjoy the camaraderie of the club’s social activities, the challenging golf course, and the outstanding weather.
Please review the information listed on this website. We think you will agree that Chapala Country Club provides a great golfing and social experience at a very reasonable cost. Whether you play golf or just want to enjoy the restaurant and social amenities through a Social Membership, there is no other such opportunity available at Lakeside.
The cost per round for the active golfing couple approximates $7 - $9 USD (assumes 25 rounds/mo.). This estimate includes monthly member dues, cart storage, club storage for the couple, and taxes. Most of our members own their own carts, although we provide rental carts. A caddy may be required, if available (contact the Pro Shop for guidance). The caddies are reasonably priced and knowledgeable (between $12 - $15 USD per round per group).
